We are seeking a visionary AI/ML Leader to drive the strategy, architecture, and deployment of next-generation artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering, data science, and core business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect & Strategy :

- Design scalable AI infra to support LLMs, deep learning, and computer vision systems.

- Define technical roadmap for enterprise-wide machine learning platforms and data pipelines.

- Align AI initiatives directly with business revenue goals and product strategies.

Engineering & Execution :

- Lead MLOps implementation ensuring seamless CI/CD automation for ML models.

- Optimize model performance for low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficiency.

- Establish data governance protocols to ensure privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Guide engineering teams across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru offices.

- Mentor senior data scientists and machine learning engineers on best coding practices.

- Collaborate with executives to communicate technical complexity in simple business terms.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- 10+ years in software engineering, with 6+ years strictly dedicated to AI/ML production systems.

- Deep framework knowledge in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and Hugging Face.

- Generative AI mastery including fine-tuning LLMs, RAG frameworks, and prompt engineering.

- Cloud platform expertise using AWS (SageMaker), Azure (Azure ML), or GCP (Vertex AI).

- Production MLOps proficiency with tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow.

Core Leadership Skills :

- Strong cross-functional communication skills to manage stakeholders across multiple geographic hubs.

- Proven track record of taking at least 5 major ML projects from research concept to multi-million user production.
