Job Description

Role Overview :

As a Principal Data Scientist, you will serve as the technical anchor for our advanced analytics initiatives, bridging the gap between complex algorithmic research and scalable business solutions. You will lead high-impact projects that transform raw data into actionable intelligence, working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and executive stakeholders to define the strategic data roadmap. Your day-to-day will involve architecting sophisticated machine learning pipelines, mentoring junior data scientists, and ensuring that our AI-driven products deliver measurable value to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models that solve complex business problems, ensuring high performance and scalability across production environments.

- Collaborate with product management teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications and data-driven product features.

- Lead the design and implementation of advanced NLP and deep learning frameworks to enhance user experience and automate internal processes.

- Mentor a team of data scientists by providing technical guidance on statistical modeling, code quality, and best practices in artificial intelligence development.

- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders to drive consensus and secure buy-in for strategic data initiatives.

- Optimize data infrastructure and cloud computing resources to improve the efficiency and reliability of large-scale data mining and predictive analytics workflows.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models using Python, R, Tensorflow, and PyTorch.

- Proven ability to architect robust data solutions in cloud environments, managing the lifecycle of big data from ingestion to visualization.

- Strong foundation in advanced statistics and mathematical modeling, with the ability to apply these concepts to real-world predictive analytics challenges.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.

- High degree of adaptability and comfort working in a hybrid or on-site environment, thriving in collaborative settings that demand both independent research and team-based execution.

- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in data science, with a history of delivering successful AI-driven products from conception to market launch.
