Job summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java + React Developer with strong Architecture skills to join our engineering team.

You will own the design and delivery of complex high-traffic distributed systems guide full-stack development across backend and frontend domains and serve as a technical authority whose decisions shape the long-term trajectory of our platform.

This is a hands-on architectural role.

Responsibilities :

- Design end to end application architectures using advanced Java and React technologies that align with enterprise standards and strategic business objectives

- Define scalable solution patterns that enable modular components high reusability and consistent integration across complex Java based ecosystems

- Guide teams in decomposing monolithic applications into well structured services and components that can be developed and deployed independently

- Review solution designs and code for Java and React implementations to ensure performance security and maintainability targets are consistently achieved

- Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions and implementation roadmaps

- Create clear architectural diagrams technical documentation and guidelines that help teams implement designs accurately and sustainably

- Evaluate and select frameworks libraries and tools in the Java and React stack to improve developer productivity application quality and operational efficiency

- Drive architectural decisions around caching data access and integration patterns to deliver responsive and resilient user experiences in a hybrid work model

- Establish best practices for API design error handling logging and observability to support effective monitoring and continuous improvement of solutions

- Partner with security and compliance stakeholders to embed secure coding practices and threat mitigation patterns into Java and React application designs

- Mentor engineers on advanced Java React and solution architecture concepts to uplift technical capabilities and foster a culture of high quality engineering

- Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure architectures support automated deployment configuration management and reliable day time operations

- Analyze production metrics and feedback to refine architecture decisions and continuously enhance performance scalability and user satisfaction

Qualifications :

- Require extensive hands on experience in advanced Java and Java solution architecture including object oriented design and enterprise integration patterns

- Require strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript concepts to design responsive and accessible front end interfaces for complex business workflows

- Require proven experience in designing and implementing end to end solutions across multiple systems and services within large scale environments

- Require practical experience in hybrid work settings with effective use of collaboration tools to coordinate design and delivery activities across locations

- Nice to have experience with cloud based platforms for hosting Java and React applications along with exposure to containerization and orchestration concepts

- Nice to have familiarity with performance tuning techniques for high volume Java applications including optimization of database interactions and caching strategies

- Nice to have experience applying industry standard architecture frameworks and documenting solutions in a clear and reusable format for engineering teams

Certifications Required :

- Certification relevant to Java based and React based enterprise solutions
