We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Software Solution Architect with over 23 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will set the technical direction, drive modernization, and ensure all platforms meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

- Technology Vision & Roadmap : Define the comprehensive technology vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for mission-critical, high-availability healthcare systems, aligning technical strategy with organizational goals.

- Architectural Leadership : Lead and guide multiple engineering teams through the entire development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered to be scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

- Innovation & IP : Drive technical innovation through research, the creation of white papers, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and the contribution of intellectual property (IP) through patents.

- Modern Engineering Practices : Champion the adoption of modern engineering principles, including Microservices architecture, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), distributed systems design, and cloud-native development.

- Global Collaboration : Collaborate strategically with global architecture teams and DevOps teams to build and govern standardized, future-ready cloud platforms, preferably leveraging Azure.

- Design Governance : Establish and enforce architectural standards, conduct technical design reviews, and ensure the consistent implementation of secure, resilient application patterns.

Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills) :

- Experience : 23+ years of progressive experience in defining software architecture, full-stack development, and designing large-scale enterprise systems.

- Core Technology Stack : Proven expertise and deep, hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack, including C#/.NET, C/C++, and building high-performance REST APIs.

- Architecture : Expert proficiency in designing and implementing Microservices and distributed systems.

- Cloud & Security : Mandatory hands-on experience designing and deploying highly secure, cloud-native solutions, with a strong preference for Azure cloud platform experience.

- Frontend Knowledge : Strong practical UI knowledge including modern frameworks such as Angular, React, HTML5, and JavaScript (JS).

- DevOps & Delivery : Expert experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and integration.

- Leadership & Strategy : Demonstrated strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership ability to drive technical alignment and mentor senior teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience designing systems that comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, or similar high-compliance standards).

- Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design patterns (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs).

- Experience architecting data solutions using modern databases (NoSQL, NewSQL).
