Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Voice AI platform.

- Build and launch AI platform products from 0 - 1 and drive continuous iterations.

- Translate customer/business needs into APIs, SDKs and scalable platform components.

- Lead the end - to - end product lifecycle - discovery, requirements, development, launch and post - launch.

- Drive GTM strategy, pricing, positioning, onboarding and product adoption.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, CX and Leadership.

- Drive enterprise and developer adoption of AI capabilities.

- Stay updated on LLMs, Voice AI, Agentic AI and AI workflow orchestration.

- Act as the bridge between technical teams, business teams and senior leadership.

Must - Have Requirements :

- Strong technical/engineering background.

- Should be an ex - engineer / technical or data professional who transitioned into Product Management.

- AI/ML product experience is mandatory.

- Strong AI platform / platform product experience - not just individual chatbot or bot products.

- Experience owning products from 0 - 1.

- Experience with Voice AI / Conversational AI / Agentic AI is highly important.

- Hands - on understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents and workflow orchestration.

- Experience working with APIs, SDKs and platform - level products.

- Strong product strategy, roadmap and prioritization experience.

- Experience with GTM, product adoption and customer - facing products.

- Ability to work with both enterprise customers and developers/SMEs.

- Strong stakeholder management with Engineering, Sales, CX and senior leadership.

- Team - handling/leadership experience.

- Stable career history; job hoppers should be avoided.

- 3+ years in the current organization preferred for this specific mandate.

Preferred :

- Experience in Voice AI, CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or conversational AI.

- Exposure to LLM tooling, agentic workflows, and developer ecosystems.

- Startup or founder experience with strong ownership.
