Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal AI/ML Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, production-ready architectures.

- Develop solutions using Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs and Cloud services.

- Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search and Agentic AI solutions.

- Build capabilities for model training, deployment, inference, evaluation and monitoring.

- Implement MLOps / LLMOps practices including CI/CD, versioning, testing and observability.

- Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and platforms based on business requirements.

- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms and cloud services.

- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, scalability, performance and cost optimization.

- Provide technical leadership through architecture, hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting and mentoring.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with enterprise-scale, production-grade implementations.

- Strong Python development and software engineering expertise.

- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI/LLMs.

- Hands-on expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.

- Strong experience with Azure / AWS / GCP.

- Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD and containers.

- Experience with APIs, microservices, data pipelines and enterprise data platforms.

- Strong understanding of AI Security, Privacy, Responsible AI and Enterprise Governance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
