About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Principal AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation AI products. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built AI platforms from concept to production and has deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, architect, and build AI-powered products from 0 to 1.

- Develop advanced LLM Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.

- Own the complete AI platform, including:

1. Model selection

2. Prompt engineering

3. Agent orchestration

4. Evaluation

5. Deployment

6. Monitoring

- Build scalable AI infrastructure and backend services.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

- Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

- Define AI architecture and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience.

- Strong expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience building AI Agents using modern LLM frameworks.

- Proven experience taking products from 0 to 100.

- Deep understanding of:

1. Large Language Models (LLMs)

2. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

3. AI Agent Orchestration

4. Tool Calling

5. Prompt Engineering

6. Vector Databases

7. AI Infrastructure

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong knowledge of scalable backend architectures.

- Experience with MLOps is an added advantage.
