Role Overview :
As a Principal AI Engineer specializing in Knowledge Graphs, you will serve as the technical lead for our AI initiatives, bridging the gap between raw data and intelligent, context-aware systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software architects, and product managers to design and implement sophisticated graph-based architectures. Your day-to-day will involve architecting semantic frameworks, optimizing graph database performance, and integrating LLM-driven workflows to solve complex business problems, ensuring our AI solutions remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy robust Knowledge Graph solutions using Neo4j to structure complex enterprise data for high-performance retrieval and analysis.
- Design and maintain comprehensive ontologies and semantic models that serve as the foundation for our AI-driven decision-making engines.
- Lead the integration of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with LLMs to enhance the accuracy and contextual relevance of automated AI responses.
- Develop and optimize SparQL queries to ensure efficient data extraction and interoperability across diverse enterprise datasets.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for graph database management and semantic modeling to elevate the overall technical maturity of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into scalable, graph-based technical architectures that drive measurable business outcomes.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale Knowledge Graphs and Graph DBMS environments, specifically with Neo4j.
- Proven ability to develop complex ontologies and semantic models that align with specific domain requirements.
- Strong proficiency in Python for building AI/ML pipelines and integrating LLM frameworks into production-grade applications.
- Advanced knowledge of SparQL and graph query optimization techniques to handle high-volume data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving AI technologies and architectural patterns.
- A minimum of 8 - 14 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on AI, machine learning, and data architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Hyderabad, contributing to a high-performance team culture.
