Role Overview :

As a Principal AI Engineer, you will serve as the technical visionary and architectural lead, driving the transformation of our product suite through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives.

You will operate at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on engineering, collaborating closely with product leadership, data science teams, and executive stakeholders to define the AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions within a SaaS environment to enhance product capabilities and drive measurable business growth.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex Machine Learning models, from conceptualization and data strategy to production-grade deployment on Azure.

- Integrate advanced LLM frameworks into existing .NET-based enterprise applications to automate workflows and improve user engagement.

- Mentor senior engineering teams by establishing best practices in AI architecture, code quality, and performance optimization to ensure long-term technical sustainability.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical specifications that align with our long-term product vision.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market while ensuring security, compliance, and ethical AI standards are met.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI architectures, with a deep understanding of how to integrate Machine Learning models into large-scale SaaS platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and .NET, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and modern AI development.

- Extensive experience leveraging Azure cloud services to build, train, and deploy AI models, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.

- Strong command over LLM integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

- A minimum of 10 - 19 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
