Description:

- Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML models, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI systems.

- Define AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Design scalable, production-ready machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.

- Oversee model lifecycle management, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure best practices in data quality, model performance, and ethical AI usage.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant focus on AI/ML systems.

- Proven experience building and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.

- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.

- Demonstrated leadership in driving complex technical projects end-to-end.
