Why This Role Exists :

You will be the directors partner in the room with CXOs turning ambiguous ambition into ROI-anchored programs, bridging boardroom vision with architecture reality, and landing visible wins. This is a builder role. You will own relationships, scope, commercials, governance, and value realisation across ?2 Cr+ programs.

What Youll Lead :

- Boardroom to Shop Floor : Diagnose functions, pressure-test use cases, and design phase-wise transformation roadmaps.

- Program Design & Commercials : Craft SOWs, price for margin, define KPIs and OKRs, and set up governance structures.

- Agentic Transformation : Work with the AI Architect to translate business workflows into agentic AI architectures tool use, RAG, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.

- Lighthouse Delivery : Land 12 shippable pilots per client within 68 weeks each.

- L&D at Scale : Align PromptStart, Pro, Masters, and OS programs with each clients transformation roadmap.

- IP & Standards : Co-create reference architectures, SOW templates, ROI calculators, change playbooks, and evaluation frameworks.

Who You Are :

- 8 to 12+ years in management or technology consulting (MBB, Big 4, high-performing boutique) or operator-led transformation.

- AI-fluent in practice : you understand LLMs, agent patterns (ReAct / tool use), RAG, evals, observability, data, privacy, and platform trade-offs.

- A systems thinker with a bias to ship you turn ambiguity into a 6-week plan.

- Nice to have : India Inc. exposure; domain depth in HR, Finance, or Manufacturing; comfort with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, vector DBs, and enterprise integration patterns.

How Well Measure Success :

- Commercials : win rate, revenue and gross margin per account, expansion velocity.

- Delivery : on-time pilots, evaluation scores, adoption curves.

- Change : number of workflows re-wired, percentage of teams activated post-L&D, stakeholder NPS.

- IP : reusable architectures and templates adopted across clients.
