Principal AI Architect - Knowledge Graph & Agentic AI

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI initiatives focused on Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions.

- Design scalable AI systems using Python, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and GraphRAG.

- Develop and implement Knowledge Graph solutions using technologies such as Neo4j and Amazon Neptune.

- Work with RDF, OWL, and graph-based data modeling techniques.

- Design and optimize GraphRAG pipelines combining Knowledge Graphs with LLM-based retrieval and generation.

- Develop AI applications and intelligent workflows using modern LLM technologies.

- Build, integrate, and optimize production-ready AI systems with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Work with AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.

- Drive technical architecture decisions and establish best practices for AI application development.

- Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams working on AI and knowledge-driven applications.

- Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI systems.

- Strong hands-on Python development experience.

- Expertise in Knowledge Graph technologies, particularly Neo4j and/or Amazon Neptune.

- Strong understanding of RDF and OWL.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GraphRAG.

- Strong understanding of graph-based retrieval, knowledge representation, and AI-driven information retrieval.

- Experience with AWS, particularly Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.

- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems.

- Strong software architecture, system design, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
