Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a seasoned Principal AI Architect with proven experience designing, scaling, and governing Agentic AI ecosystems in production environments. This role is focused on building enterprise-grade AI platforms that leverage autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, reasoning frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge systems, and LLM-based applications.

The ideal candidate has successfully led the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI solutions, from strategy and platform design through deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous optimization in real-world enterprise settings. You will serve as the organization's thought leader for AI architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned adoption of next-generation AI capabilities.

What You'll Own :

- Define the enterprise architecture for Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation platforms.

- Design and operationalize production-grade AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, AI copilots, autonomous workflows, and reasoning-based applications.

- Establish architectural patterns for agent orchestration, memory management, tool integration, knowledge retrieval, planning, and human-in-the-loop controls.

- Lead AI platform decisions covering LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, orchestration layers, observability, governance, and security.

- Drive enterprise standards for MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI.

- Partner with engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that generate tangible business value.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define enterprise adoption strategies.

Experience Required :

- 10+ years in AI, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Architecture roles.

- Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying Agentic AI solutions into production, including autonomous or semi-autonomous agents operating at enterprise scale.

- Deep expertise in multi-agent systems, agent orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, LLMs, vector databases, knowledge graphs, memory systems, and AI reasoning workflows.

- Strong track record building enterprise AI platforms with robust governance, observability, security, and scalability.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and define enterprise-wide AI strategy.

We are specifically looking for an architect who has moved beyond experimentation and PoCs and has successfully taken Agentic AI solutions into production, solving challenges around orchestration, governance, reliability, security, scalability, and business adoption at enterprise scale.
