Hiring : Principal AI & Data Architect | Senior Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Principal AI & Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and data architecture solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in AI, Data Architecture, and Digital Solution Design

- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP, and Vector Databases

- Expertise in Data Architecture, Metadata Standards, Taxonomy/Ontology Design, or Headless CMS

- Proven experience delivering at least 2 large-scale AI/ML or RAG implementations

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale AI and data platforms to ensure robust performance and scalability for enterprise-level clients.

- Lead the integration of Generative AI models and NLP frameworks into existing content management systems to automate workflows and enhance user engagement.

- Design and optimize VectorDB implementations to facilitate high-speed retrieval and semantic search capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and system responsiveness.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and infrastructure security, maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.

- Mentor senior engineering talent and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
