About the Role:

We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning classification techniques. You will design and deploy models that solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and optimize predictive models for forecasting and risk scoring.

- Apply classification algorithms (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, SVM).

- Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation (precision, recall, F1-score, AUC).

- Handle imbalanced datasets using SMOTE/undersampling.

- Deploy models via REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Collaborate with teams and present insights clearly.

Skills We Value:

- Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).

- Experience in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and ML classification.

- Familiarity with data pipelines (Airflow, PySpark, dbt) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
