Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on UI/front-end engineering and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js, Next.js, and/or Angular, while also possessing solid experience developing scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

This role requires someone who can translate product and UX requirements into intuitive, responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces while contributing across the full application stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop modern, responsive, scalable, and reusable user interfaces for enterprise web applications.

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business and design requirements into high-quality user experiences.

- Develop reusable UI components, design patterns, and front-end architecture using React.js, Next.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.

- Apply strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern web development standards.

- Ensure applications meet expectations for performance, accessibility, usability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs, including RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Design and develop backend services using Node.js and/or Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, queries, and application integration.

- Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and UI/automated tests to improve application quality and reliability.

- Collaborate within Agile engineering teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to establishing UI and full-stack engineering standards and best practices.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in UI / Front-End Development.

- Expertise in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks: React.js, Next.js, and/or Angular.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern web standards.

- Experience building reusable UI components and scalable front-end architectures.

- Strong understanding of UI performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Hands-on experience integrating applications with REST APIs and microservices.

- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and/or Java.

- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot is required for Java-based backend development.

- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and UI/automated testing.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean coding practices, and code reviews.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
