We are looking for a Senior Developer with at least 2 years of proven experience in product development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, Python, AI/ML, and Data Science along with a deep understanding of software engineering, coding best practices, and AI-driven product implementation. This role involves leading technical execution, managing a development team, and ensuring successful delivery of product features and demos.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

- Define technical standards, coding practices, and system architecture.

- Implement, upgrade, and maintain product features.

- Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.

- Collaborate with the Product Lead on feasibility of features and timelines.

- Manage the technical team, assign tasks, and oversee execution.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical training.

- Support product demonstrations alongside the Product Lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in software/product development.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, Python, and related frameworks.

- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies and Data Science.

- Experience with coding standards, system design, and scalable architectures.

- Proficiency with modern programming tools, version control, and CI/CD.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
