Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Consultant-Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Power BI Data Modelling and DAX, as well as experience with reporting sharing through Workspace/APP and Access management.

The responsibilities of this role include :

- Designing and implementing a reporting/dashboarding user experience that is consistent and intuitive across environments.

- Gathering query data from tables of industry cognitive model/data lake and building data models with BI tools.

- Applying requisite business logic using data transformation and DAX.

- Understanding Power BI Data Modelling and various in-built functions.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, hands-on experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, and Power BI Service.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with Power BI Gateway, Row-Level Security, and Power BI Administration.

- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and data visualization principles.

- Proven ability to lead a BI team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
