Power BI Developer - Power Query M

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team in the Communication sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query, with proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful dashboards. You will work closely with business stakeholders to interpret requirements, apply data visualization best practices, and provide insights that drive decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to recommending improvements beyond standard reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualizations.

- Apply expertise in DAX, Power Query (M language), and advanced data modeling.

- Ensure adherence to data visualization best practices, UI/UX principles, and storytelling.

- Handle large and complex datasets, ensuring optimized data refresh and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze trends, anomalies, and insights.

- Communicate insights effectively to non-technical business users in simple, clear language.

- Proactively suggest enhancements and improvements to reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M language).
