About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in Reltio MDM and RIH to join our growing data analytics team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable BI solutions that transform complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse and organize raw data from multiple sources.

- Build and maintain data systems and pipelines for analytics and reporting.

- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Interpret data trends and patterns to support decision-making.

- Conduct complex data analysis and prepare actionable reports.

- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and clients on projects.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across data sources.

- Optimize BI performance through data modeling, indexing, and DAX optimization.

- Explore opportunities for data acquisition and process automation.

- Analyse and enhance existing ETL pipelines and BI systems for better performance.

Requirements & Skills :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.

- Proficiency in Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.

- Expertise in writing and optimizing DAX queries and SQL scripts.

- Ability to convert business needs into technical BI specifications.

- Experience in creating, testing, and deploying Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Familiarity with filters, slicers, and advanced Power BI visualizations.

- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other data integration tools.

- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

- Understanding of data governance and master data management best practices.
