Role Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Power BI Architect with proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade BI solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Data Modeling, production implementation, performance Optimization, and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex BI challenges.

This role is best suited for strong individual contributors who can own end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end production Power BI solutions.

- Optimize slow reports, datasets, DAX, and visuals handling large and complex data volumes.

- Build high-performance data models (Star Schema) and scalable semantic layers.

- Implement Incremental Refresh, Aggregations, and advanced optimization techniques.

- Debug and resolve Power BI performance & slowness issues.

- Handle DirectQuery performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot Power BI Service / Premium capacity performance issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers where required.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service.

- Advanced DAX with deep performance tuning expertise.

- Expert in Data Modelling (Star Schema, Fact-Dimension design).

- Strong understanding of DirectQuery optimization.

- Power Query expertise with Query Folding & optimization.

- Strong SQL skills with performance-focused querying.

- Proven experience in debugging & optimizing Power BI solutions.
