About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer specializing in RSA Archer Configuration to manage, administer, configure, enhance and support the RSA Archer platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RSA Archer administration, application configuration, workflow management, integrations, user access controls and platform governance. The individual will act as an RSA Archer Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving platform improvements, automation and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure and enhance the RSA Archer platform.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, configure and manage Archer applications, workflows and solutions.

- Develop and implement integrations across vendor-hosted applications using APIs and custom solutions.

- Manage user security roles, profiles and access permissions.

- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization.

- Provide technical and operational support for RSA Archer-related issues.

- Perform platform monitoring and implement performance improvements.

- Manage change control, configuration, development, testing and migration activities.

- Conduct regression and smoke testing to ensure platform stability.

- Collaborate with engineering, business and IT teams to deliver platform enhancements.

- Drive automation of manual processes and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in RSA Archer administration and development.

- Hands-on experience in RSA Archer platform implementation, customization, configuration and operational support.

- Strong knowledge of application configuration, workflow management, solution design and platform governance.

- Experience with Archer integrations, APIs, data management and reporting.

- Understanding of user access controls, security roles and permissions.

- Basic knowledge of coding or scripting languages.

- Experience with regression testing and smoke testing.

- Knowledge of SQL and relevant enterprise technology platforms.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with hands-on RSA Archer administration and configuration experience.

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Ability to independently manage platform enhancements, integrations and support activities.

- Strong ownership, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
