Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Strong expertise in Python and API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and Embeddings.

Additional Required Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML solution architecture, model deployment, and scalable application development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions while mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and developers to build and deliver AI models, ML pipelines, and Generative AI applications.

- Design and develop core solution components, including :

1. Data pipelines

2. Model training and optimization

3. Prompt engineering and prompt orchestration

4. Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)

5. API development and integration layers

- Review code, AI models, prompt frameworks, and overall solution architecture to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices defined by the AI Architect.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across AI/ML and GenAI solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization across projects.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of overall software engineering experience, including 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.

- Strong proficiency in Python with experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.

- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and model optimization.

- Knowledge of MLOps and AI application lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with scalable microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
