PHP Developer - Laravel Framework

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Laravel/PHP Developer with a strong foundation in backend development, MySQL, and e-commerce systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable applications, integrating data pipelines, and driving feature delivery in a collaborative Agile team setup.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop secure and scalable backend applications using Laravel (PHP)

- Design, optimize, and manage MySQL schemas and performance tuning

- Build and maintain ETL/ESB pipelines for data synchronization across systems

- Work with Laravel queues, events, jobs, and scheduler

- Develop REST APIs and manage third-party integrations (shipping, CRM, payments)

- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams: developers, testers, product owners

- Implement and follow best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of PHP development experience (3+ years in Laravel)

- Strong experience with MySQL (joins, indexes, stored procedures, tuning)

- ETL/ESB knowledge using Laravel Jobs, Talend, or Apache NiFi

- Skilled in REST API design, integration, and OAuth/Webhooks

- Ecommerce Domain Knowledge

- Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms

- Strong understanding of ecommerce business processes including:

- Product catalogs, variants, and SKU management

- Order lifecycle management (cart, checkout, order placement, payment, fulfilment, return/refund)

- Inventory management, stock sync, and warehouse integration

- Shipping and logistics API integrations

- ERP and CRM system integration for unified data flow

- Knowledge of ecommerce KPIs and data reporting (RFM, CLTV, conversion rate)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or any messaging system

- Exposure to Talend, Apache NiFi, or Pentaho

- Familiarity with DDD, clean/hexagonal architecture patterns

- Basic experience on cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
