Are you a seasoned PHP professional with strong architectural expertise and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications? Join our team as a PHP Architect and play a pivotal role in shaping robust, enterprise-level solutions.

What Youll Do :

- Architect and design high-quality, scalable web applications using PHP and Symfony.

- Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure system scalability and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend engineers, DevOps, QA) to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 68 developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and compliance.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to drive successful project execution.

Must-Have Skills :

- 15+ years of experience in PHP development

- Strong hands-on expertise in Symfony, MySQL, and REST APIs

- Proficiency in OOPs, design patterns, and software architecture principles

- Experience in leading and mentoring teams (68 members)

- Solid exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver secure, high-performing solutions
