About the Role :

We are building our India Agentic Delivery Center from scratch and are hiring a hands on Director to lead it. Youll own Zero to One delivery of GenAI/agentic solutions for global enterprises, build and scale a high performing applied AI team, and work directly with US?based leadership and C level clients.

What Youll Do :

- Own end to end design & delivery of production grade agentic AI/ML solutions & platforms (multi agent systems, RAG, closed loop workflows).

- Translate business problems into prescriptive architectures using LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex, etc.) and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).

- Lead Zero to One engagements: discovery PoC pilot production, under fixed price / outcome based models.

- Act as primary escalation point for India delivery; ensure on?time, high?quality outcomes and clear business value/ROI.

- Build the India Agentic Delivery Center: hiring, coaching, setting standards, and integrating with global consulting.

- Drive creation of reusable accelerators, modular agentic codebases, and solution templates across clients and industries.

- Lead/participate in workshops, pre's ales, architecture reviews, and represent phData with senior stakeholders.

What Were Looking For :

- 14 to 18 years in IT (preferably IT services/consulting) with:

- 8+ years as a hands on AI/ML architect building production platforms/solutions.

- 5+ years building & scaling teams in Zero?to?One environments.

- 3+ years of consulting leadership: leading projects, client relationships, and aligning tech to business value.

- Proven track record delivering complex solutions under fixed?price / outcome?based commercials.

Must Have Skills :

- Deep knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, agentic architectures & RAG; experience building reusable accelerators across clients.

Hands on with LLM orchestration frameworks :

- LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI (or similar).

- Strong experience with cloud AI/ML platforms :

AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure ML/AI Studio/OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, Databricks, Snowflake Cortex/ML.

- Proven MLOps/LLMOps skills: scalable deployment, monitoring, observability, lifecycle management.

- Experience using agentic AI / assisted dev tools (coding agents, AI pair?programming) to speed delivery while keeping quality.

- End to end SDLC ownership for AI/ML: design, dev, testing, CI/CD, observability, incident response.

- Strong communication: able to explain value, ROI, and risk to both engineers and executives/C's uite.
