About Position :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented JIRA Administrator with 8+ years of experience to support and enhance our Atlassian ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to manage, migrate, and optimize tools like JIRA, JSM, and Confluence, while leveraging their technical expertise in scripting and reporting to drive efficiency and transparency.

What You'll Do :

- Atlassian Administration : Configure, maintain, and support JIRA, JSM, and Confluence to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Manage Atlassian migrations, including data integrity, tool integration, and user adoption. Collaborate with teams to develop workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

- Scripting and Automation : Script RunnerScriptRunner to create and manage Groovy scripts for automation and customization of Atlassian tools. Work with REST APIs to integrate third-party applications with Atlassian products. Implement and optimize JIRA automation rules to streamline operations.

- Advanced Reporting and Analytics : Design and manage reports using EazyBI to provide actionable insights. Support the use of Aha! for product roadmaps and strategic planning.Work with Xray to manage test cases and improve testing workflows.

Expertise You'll Bring :

- Experience : 6+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, scripting, and reporting.

- Proficiency with Script Runner (Groovy), REST APIs, and JIRA Automation.

- Experience with EazyBI, Aha!, and Xray is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with data migrations involving JIRA, JSM, and Confluence.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
