About Position :
We are hiring a Data Business Analyst with healthcare domain experience to drive business requirements, KPI frameworks, and data-driven insights across modern data platforms.

What You'll Do :
- Lead business and data discovery workshops with stakeholders and SMEs
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements
- Define and validate KPIs, metrics, and analytical use cases aligned with business objectives
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), data definitions, and business glossary
- Collaborate with data engineers (Snowflake, dbt, ETL) to clarify data logic and transformations
- Work closely with Power BI/reporting teams to ensure dashboards meet business expectations
- Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off including test scenario creation, data validation, defect triage, and resolution
- Act as a single point of contact for data-related business queries during sprints
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to data models, reports, and KPIs
- Support change management and drive data adoption across business users.
Expertise You'll Bring :
- 11+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Business Analyst
- Strong experience in data-centric programs such as Data Platforms, Analytics, and BI Hands-on experience with KPI definition, metric frameworks, Source-to-Target Mapping, data validation, and reconciliation
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and fact & dimension modeling (conceptual)
- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools (functional perspective)
- Prior exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or modern cloud data platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and developers
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
