Perfios - Senior Technical Lead - Java/Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers developing services and platforms using Java, Python, and related technology stacks.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for designing scalable, low-latency, high-throughput systems.

- Oversee end-to-end software delivery cycles from planning and design to execution, deployment, and post-production monitoring.

- Drive operational excellence, including system performance optimization, automation, and continuous improvement practices.

- Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and Platform teams to deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently in production environments.

- Ensure observability, reliability, and resilience in mission-critical production systems.

- Champion Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery.

- Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage dependencies across teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Proven expertise in Technical Architecture, microservices, and system design principles.

- Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native, distributed systems with Kubernetes.

- Proven record of delivering scalable, low-latency, high-throughput production systems.

- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving production issues.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing end-to-end software delivery.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Passion for automation, operational excellence, and performance optimization.

Technical Competencies :

Must have :

- Databases :- PostgreSQL (RDP), MongoDB

- Streaming :- Kafka (KRaft)

- Caching :- Redis

- Infrastructure :- Kubernetes, Any Cloud Technology (AWS/GCP/Azure)

-Observability :- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Similar tools

Good To have :

- IAM :-Keycloak or any IAM, OAuth2/OIDC
