Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive the client's enterprise AI transformation agenda.

- Establish and operationalize AI governance frameworks, operating models, policies and controls.

- Partner with senior leaders across Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, Finance and HR to accelerate AI adoption.

- Design and lead an AI Champions Program to build a strong enterprise AI community.

- Drive AI communications, change management, training and workforce capability-building initiatives.

- Manage enterprise AI platforms, including vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, adoption metrics and performance monitoring.

- Support executive governance forums and leadership decision-making through clear reporting and actionable insights.

- Build strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives that strengthen AI capabilities and business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Significant experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, strategy, innovation, technology governance or enterprise change, with strong expertise in AI Transformation, AI Governance, Generative AI, Responsible AI and AI Operating Models.

- Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption and experience leading complex AI and digital transformation programs across multiple business functions.

- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, Finance and HR.

- Experience with governance frameworks, AI policies, risk management, controls, Responsible AI and executive reporting.

- Strong program management, change management, stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

- Experience managing enterprise AI platforms, vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, adoption metrics and performance monitoring.

- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments or other highly regulated industries is desirable.

- Exposure to regional Middle East / Africa markets and multi-country operating environments is desirable.
