Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) based in Bangalore, you will serve as the technical bridge between Pattem Digital's core engineering capabilities and our high-stakes client environments. This role is designed for engineers who thrive in dynamic, client-facing settings, where you will not only write production-grade code but also navigate complex business requirements to deliver tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot critical issues, implement new features, and ensure that our technical deployments align perfectly with the client's operational goals, directly influencing the success of their digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks to meet specific client-side business objectives.

- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate ambiguous technical challenges into actionable, high-performance software solutions.

- Deploy and maintain scalable features within production environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with existing client infrastructure.

- Optimize application performance and code quality by conducting rigorous code reviews and implementing best practices for both front-end and back-end development.

- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and system design to final deployment and post-launch support.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, scalable applications using React.js for front-end interfaces and Node.js for robust back-end services.

- Proven ability to navigate the full stack, with a deep understanding of JavaScript ecosystems, API design, and database management.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, specifically in diagnosing and resolving issues within live, forward-deployed environments.

- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably within a fast-paced product or consulting environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site model in Bangalore, demonstrating high adaptability to different team cultures and project requirements.
