About the Role :

We are seeking engineers with strong full-stack fundamentals and an AI-native mindset to deliver innovative solutions in client-facing environments. This role combines hands-on development with consulting skills, requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and clear communication with stakeholders.

In addition to full-stack development, we also offer opportunities as a Forward Deployed Engineer - a client-embedded role where you work directly with customers to implement, integrate, and scale GenAI solutions while building consulting and communication expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain applications using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.

- Implement and integrate GenAI models into real-world projects.

- Partner with clients to understand priorities and deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions.

- Present technical strategies and solutions clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and usability.

- Continuously learn and apply emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry practices.

Tech Stack :

- Core : React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- GenAI : Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, SDKs, Add Ons, Firefly Services, Custom Models.

- Languages : Python or Java (preferred).

- Automation : Microsoft Power Automate.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication and articulation skills for executive-level presentations.

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability to changing client expectations.

- AI-native mindset with eagerness to innovate.

- Solid full-stack fundamentals as the technical foundation.

Experience Levels :

- Full Stack Developer (GenAI) : 6+ months of experience, with at least one GenAI project implemented.

- Forward Deployed Engineer : Client-facing role with strong communication skills, adaptability, and full-stack fundamentals. You will embed with customer teams, act as the technical face of solutions, and grow into a consulting-oriented engineering path.
