Role Summary :

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong knowledge of AI implementation who can build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions into our existing products and business workflows. The ideal candidate should have solid software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with AI tools and APIs, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services.

- Implement AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and relevant machine learning technologies.

- Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, workflows, and business processes.

- Develop AI-driven automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Work with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to deploy reliable AI-enabled solutions.

- Build and optimize AI workflows, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents, wherever applicable.

- Evaluate AI models and solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and implement AI use cases.

- Write clean, maintainable code and follow software development best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another relevant language.

- Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, APIs, and databases.

- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions using LLM APIs or AI frameworks.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and AI agents is preferred.

- Experience with backend development, API integrations, and application deployment.

- Familiarity with Git, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently execute technical projects.
