Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager at OZI Technologies, you will lead high-performing development teams to design, build, and maintain sophisticated full-stack applications. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and product strategy, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable engineering roadmaps. Your day-to-day will involve mentoring developers, overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, and ensuring that the technical infrastructure remains resilient, scalable, and aligned with the companys growth trajectory in the Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet evolving business requirements.

- Manage and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous professional growth.

- Collaborate with product management teams to define technical specifications and prioritize features that maximize user value and business impact.

- Oversee the integration of DevOps practices to streamline deployment pipelines, improve system reliability, and reduce time-to-market for new releases.

- Drive architectural decisions involving Node.js and MongoDB to ensure the platform remains performant and capable of handling increasing data loads.

- Implement robust project management frameworks to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure transparency across all engineering initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-stack development teams with a deep understanding of Node.js and MongoDB ecosystems.
