OZI - Engineering Manager

Job Description:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.

- Own end-to-end delivery of critical product and technology initiatives.

- Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Drive system architecture, engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.

- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and scalability challenges.

- Establish strong engineering processes around planning, reviews, releases, and documentation.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of OZi's technology platform.

- Participate in hiring, team building, and developing engineering talent.

Total Experience: 5-8 years
