Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned OT Threat Hunter and Detection expert to lead the charge in securing our critical industrial infrastructure. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity and industrial operations, proactively identifying sophisticated threats within complex SCADA and ICS environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, plant operators, and global security stakeholders to bridge the gap between IT and OT security. By architecting advanced detection strategies and hunting for latent vulnerabilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational continuity and resilience of our industrial assets against evolving cyber-physical threats.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement advanced threat hunting methodologies tailored for OT environments to proactively uncover malicious activities that bypass traditional security controls.

- Develop and fine-tune detection logic for SCADA and ICS protocols to ensure early warning and rapid response to potential industrial cyber incidents.

- Lead incident response efforts for OT-specific security breaches, coordinating with plant stakeholders to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.

- Conduct deep-dive forensic analysis on industrial network traffic to identify anomalous patterns and potential exploitation of legacy vulnerabilities.

- Mentor junior security analysts and provide technical guidance to SOC teams to elevate the overall maturity of our industrial threat detection capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments, with a deep understanding of Purdue Model architecture and industrial communication protocols.

- Proven ability to lead complex threat hunting initiatives, utilizing network security monitoring tools to detect and neutralize threats in high-availability environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical security risks into actionable insights for non-technical plant managers and executive stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of navigating the unique constraints of OT environments where safety and availability are the primary drivers.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, coordinating effectively across distributed teams in Mumbai and Bangalore to maintain a unified security posture.

- A minimum of 10 - 16 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, with a specific focus on OT security operations and threat intelligence.
