OSP - Senior Software Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our MarTech team and help build innovative AI-powered and data-driven solutions. The role involves working on modern web applications, data platforms, and Generative AI solutions that support marketing and business intelligence initiatives.

The engineer will work closely with the Lead Engineer and contribute across frontend, backend, data, and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.

- Build modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

- Develop backend services and APIs using Python.

- Work with BigQuery and dbt for data modeling and analytics.

- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Follow engineering best practices, code reviews, and GitHub workflows.

Required Experience :

- 5-8 years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in at least one of the following :

1. AI/ML & Python

2. Frontend Development (React & TypeScript)

3. Data Engineering (BigQuery & dbt)

- Good understanding of full-stack application development.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in MarTech, Analytics, BI, or Data Platforms.

- Experience with AI-powered products and solutions.

- Experience working with cloud-native applications on GCP.

- Exposure to dashboarding and reporting solutions.
