We are seeking an experienced End Point and MDM Architect to join a fast-growing product-based organization in Pune. The ideal candidate will drive the strategic planning, governance, and innovation of the enterprise endpoint and mobile device management ecosystem. Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Define and own the enterprise-level strategy and roadmap for endpoint and MDM architecture.

- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and VMware Workspace ONE at scale.

- Align device management technologies with business goals, security standards, and digital workplace strategies.

- Drive governance, policy design, and enforcement across diverse device ecosystems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

- Establish enterprise-wide standards for device provisioning, compliance, configuration management, and lifecycle automation.

- Collaborate with security, cloud, IAM, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure secure and seamless device experiences.

- Implement identity federation and modern authentication models across endpoint environments.

- Enhance endpoint security posture through automation, threat protection integration, and compliance frameworks.

- Ensure the device strategy supports hybrid and remote workforce environments effectively.

- Lead vendor and technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and migration initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, analytics, and user experience insights.

- Support change management, training, and communication for enterprise device initiatives.

- Ensure all device management practices meet regulatory and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX).

Relevant Experience & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in IT with strong exposure to endpoint and mobility technologies.

- Minimum 5 years in a strategic, architectural, or managerial role in MDM/endpoint architecture.

- Proven experience leading large-scale deployments of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or VMware Workspace ONE.

- Deep understanding of modern device management (MDM/MAM), identity federation, conditional access, and endpoint security.

- Strong experience managing hybrid and remote workforce device strategies.

- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks for enterprise delivery.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, SOX.

- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Architect Expert

- JAMF Certified Expert

- CISSP

- TOGAF
