Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and transformation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions.

The role requires strong functional and solution architecture capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the solution architecture and design for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and transformation programs.

- Define scalable and sustainable Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business and HR transformation objectives.

- Work closely with HR business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and enterprise architects to understand requirements and define future-state solutions.

- Lead architecture workshops, requirement discussions, solution design sessions, and technology evaluations.

- Provide architectural guidance across Oracle HCM modules and ensure integration with broader enterprise applications.

- Design and review business processes, configurations, extensions, integrations, reporting, security, and data flows.

- Drive end-to-end implementation, migration, enhancement, rollout, and optimization initiatives for Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Collaborate with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) teams to define and review integration architecture and patterns.

- Work with technical teams on Oracle Cloud extensions, APIs, web services, reports, interfaces, and integrations.

- Review functional and technical solution designs and ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices.

- Support data migration, testing, deployment, release management, and production stabilization activities.

- Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and new HCM capabilities and recommend opportunities for process and technology improvements.

- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, data privacy, scalability, and performance.

- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes through Oracle Cloud capabilities.

- Mentor functional and technical consultants and provide architecture-level guidance to project teams.

- Act as a senior technology advisor for clients and stakeholders and contribute to Oracle Cloud transformation roadmaps.
