About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Security, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial system security, compliance adherence, and risk mitigation within Oracle ERP/Fusion environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and implement Oracle Finance security frameworks across ERP/Fusion Cloud modules.

- Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations and internal audit standards.

- Design, monitor, and remediate Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts.

- Conduct user access reviews, role design, and security configurations.

- Collaborate with Finance, IT Security, and Compliance teams to strengthen governance.

- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and issue resolution.

- Identify risks and implement controls to mitigate financial and system vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Finance (ERP/Fusion Cloud).

- Strong understanding of SOX compliance frameworks and audit processes.

- Hands-on experience with SOD tools and access control mechanisms.

- Expertise in security configuration, role-based access control (RBAC), and risk remediation.

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar tools.

- Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) frameworks.

- Prior exposure to global audit environments.
