Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that power critical healthcare platforms.

You will work within a cross-functional agile team, collaborating closely with product managers, system architects, and quality assurance engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare delivery systems, ensuring that users have seamless access to vital information and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build end-to-end web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks to ensure high performance and responsiveness.

- Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Spring Boot to facilitate seamless data exchange between microservices and frontend interfaces.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements and ensure that delivered features align with business objectives and user needs.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the stack and implementing efficient coding practices to improve system reliability.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and architectural integrity across the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with a deep understanding of the Spring Boot ecosystem for building scalable backend services.

- Proficiency in frontend development using React.js or Angular to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces.

- Ability to design and manage relational databases and integrate them effectively with backend services.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Proven experience in navigating the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and coding to deployment and production support.

- Minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a track record of delivering complex enterprise-grade applications.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment at our Chennai office, demonstrating strong self-management and adaptability.
