Core Competencies :

- Lead solution architecture and design for key projects, delivering accurate estimates and coordinating with architects across solution, infrastructure, and data disciplines.

- Collaborate with delivery teams, production support, QA, infrastructure, and stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

- Define and enforce technical best practices, standards, and security guidelines while conducting quality assurance, automated code review, and design/code reviews.

- Mentor engineers and guide teams through complex technical challenges, promoting modular design, secure coding practices, and professional growth.

- Drive modernization initiatives including refactoring, containerization, microservices adoption, & database migration, including migration from legacy RDBMS to cloud-native or NoSQL.

- Integrate AI/ML and GenAI components (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering) into enterprise workflows and design innovative GenAI-enabled applications.

What Youll Work On :

- Own end-to-end solution architecture and design for key digital and enterprise projects, ensuring accurate estimations and alignment across solution, infrastructure, and data teams.

- Collaborate closely with delivery, QA, infrastructure, and shared services teams to ensure consistent execution of architecture strategies and solution alignment.

- Define and drive technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines aligned with business and long-term technology goals.

- Partner with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and viable technical solutions.

- Provide architectural leadership within Agile/Scrum teams, guiding engineers through complex technical challenges and ensuring best practice adherence.

- Lead application and database modernization initiatives, including refactoring, containerization, microservices adoption, and migration to cloud-native or NoSQL platforms.

- Promote modular, secure-by-design architectures, ensuring security best practices, code quality, automated reviews, and compliance standards.

- Drive innovation by collaborating with AI/ML teams to design and integrate GenAI-enabled solutions using LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.

What we Expect from you?

- Bachelors/masters in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong programming experience in .NET / Python / Java / Node.js.

- Experience in designing & implementing software solutions using cloud-native technologies.

- Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).

- Experience in Microservices, Micro Frontend, API Gateway, and Messaging Implementation.

- Understanding of GenAI apps (LLMs, prompt chaining), ML workflows, or vector databases.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.

- AWS/Azure Solution Architect Certification, TOGAF, or similar framework certifications.

- Experience with database modernization migrating from legacy relational systems to managed cloud databases or alternative modern platforms

- Familiarity with schema optimization, database versioning, and migration tools (e.g. , Flyway)

- Awareness of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.

- Experience with application modernization strategies, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and incremental refactoring approaches.

- Ability to integrate security considerations throughout the SDLC, including threat modelling and secure coding practices.

- Experience conducting security assessments (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning)
