Role & Responsibilities :
- Own and manage product operations processes across the product lifecycle, from planning and launch to adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Establish and improve operational processes, workflows, documentation, and governance to improve product team efficiency.
- Coordinate product launches, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, readiness tracking, communications, and post-launch reviews.
- Track key product and operational metrics and generate insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and regular business reviews to monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and operational health.
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and recurring issues and drive cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.
- Gather and synthesize customer, sales, support, and internal feedback to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, operating procedures, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.
- Support product prioritization and planning by providing operational data, customer insights, and business context.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, OKRs, and operational metrics relevant to product performance.
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Support product rollout and change-management activities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-launch and post-implementation reviews and translate learnings into actionable improvements.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or a related role.
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, consumer internet, or other product-led organization.
- Strong understanding of product development and the product lifecycle, from discovery and development through launch and optimization.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI/dashboarding tools, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes, workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and taking ownership of problems from identification through resolution.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business and product objectives.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms is a plus.
- Experience in product analytics, experimentation, automation, or AI-enabled workflows would be an advantage.
