Role Summary :

In this role, the ideal candidate will oversee the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions at ARA's Client. They will lead teams through the design and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high standards of quality.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

- Experience managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with integration techniques in enterprise environments.

- Experience in mentoring junior developers.
