About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, BeanShell scripting, Java/Spring Boot, and React JS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting IAM solutions while working on custom workflows, lifecycle events, provisioning policies, and integrations.

This is a long-term remote opportunity suited for a quick learner with strong hands-on development and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills:

- Expert-level experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

- Strong hands-on experience with BeanShell scripting

- Good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot

- Very strong experience with React JS

- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions

- Strong understanding of SailPoint workflows, rules, and provisioning

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and provisioning policies.

- Implement and manage lifecycle event management processes.

- Develop and maintain IAM integrations with enterprise applications and systems.

- Customize and enhance SailPoint IIQ functionalities based on business requirements.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across SailPoint solutions.

- Develop and maintain backend components using Java/Spring Boot.

- Build and enhance user interfaces using React JS.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.

- Participate in solution enhancement, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of overall software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience as a SailPoint IIQ Developer.

- Expert knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Excellent BeanShell scripting skills.

- Good proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong hands-on experience with React JS.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
