Job Description :

Role : Gen AI Engineer

Experience : 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI solutions using advanced prompt engineering techniques

- Build and manage agentic workflows, including self-healing and autonomous agents

- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and contextual responses

- Work with to orchestrate LLM-based applications

- Manage and maintain knowledge bases for accurate and scalable information retrieval

- Implement conversational AI systems with strong reasoning capabilities

- Integrate MCP servers and ensure smooth system communication

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions

Mandatory Skills :

- Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP Servers, Conversational AI, Knowledge Base Management
