Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Architect Enterprise AI to lead and scale our Enterprise AI practice. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, Data Platforms, and Cloud AI services, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role combines technical leadership, AI architecture, practice development, solution consulting, pre-sales, and delivery governance, with ownership of AI-led digital transformation initiatives across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Practice & Technology Leadership :

- Define and execute the organization's AI technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Build and scale enterprise capabilities across Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Automation.

- Establish AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and engineering standards.

- Drive adoption of Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Security, and enterprise AI best practices.

AI Architecture & Solution Engineering:

- Design enterprise-grade AI solution architectures using cloud-native AI services.

- Lead architecture reviews, technology selection, and AI platform modernization initiatives.

- Architect scalable AI platforms supporting:

1. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

2. Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems

3. Knowledge Graphs

4. Semantic Search

5. Vector Databases

6. Enterprise AI Assistants

7. Autonomous AI Workflows

Engineering Leadership:

- Lead enterprise AI architecture and end-to-end solution design.

- Build, mentor, and guide AI Architects, ML Engineers, Prompt Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps teams.

- Define AI engineering standards, coding practices, architecture governance, and technical review mechanisms.

- Drive innovation through AI labs, accelerators, and reusable IP.

Pre-Sales & Consulting:

- Lead AI discovery workshops and AI maturity assessments.

- Own solution architecture for RFPs/RFIs and large deal pursuits.

- Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.

- Estimate project effort, define commercial models, and support business development initiatives.

- Present AI strategies and executive-level briefings to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders.

- Experience interacting with C-suite executives and enterprise customers.

- Strong ability to build practices, teams, accelerators, and reusable AI solutions.
