Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. The candidate will build AI assistants, copilots, and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI solutions.

- Build conversational AI, copilots, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation systems.

- Develop RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.

- Implement prompt management, memory handling, tool calling, and agent orchestration.

- Integrate models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source providers.

- Connect AI agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.

- Evaluate AI outputs and improve application quality, reliability, and performance.

- Monitor AI application performance and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Hands-on experience developing LLM-based applications.

- Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks, RAG, and prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.

- Experience integrating APIs, tools, and external data sources into AI workflows.

- Understanding of AI application evaluation, monitoring, and deployment.

Good to Have:

- Experience with multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration.

- Exposure to cloud-based AI services and containerized deployments.

- Experience with LLM observability and inference cost optimization
