Hiring : Backend Developer (Node.js) | Pune (WFO)

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable server-side applications using Node.js and Fastify to ensure high-throughput performance for our growing user base.

- Develop type-safe, maintainable codebases using TypeScript to reduce runtime errors and improve long-term system stability.

- Architect complex database schemas and optimize queries across PostgreSQL and MySQL to ensure data integrity and rapid retrieval.

- Integrate asynchronous messaging patterns using RabbitMQ to decouple services and improve the fault tolerance of our distributed systems.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols using JWT and OAuth to protect sensitive user data and maintain platform security.

- Collaborate with engineering leadership to perform rigorous code reviews and establish best practices that elevate the quality of our technical output.
