Node.js Developer - Backend Technologies

Exp : 5+ Years.

NP : ASAP Joiners only required.

Location Pune hybrid mode only.

JD :

- Primary skill NodeJS & AI Tools.

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Node.js.

- Take complete ownership of projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms and scalable backend

APIs.

- Leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity and code quality.

- Design scalable system architectures and implement best practices for mobile and server

environments.

- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both iOS and Android platforms.

- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks across the full stack for performance that feels native.

- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and technical insights.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

- 6 -8 years of professional experience in full-stack (Only React Native + Node JS) development

with mobile focus.

- Proficiency in React Native for mobile development and Node.js for backend development.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, its quirks, and workarounds.

- Well-versed with using AI tools for development, debugging, and code optimization.

- Understanding of agentic AI concepts and implementations will be a big plus.

- Strong system design skills with ability to architect scalable mobile and backend solutions (Only Node JS).

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).

- Familiarity with mobile development build pipelines and deployment processes (App Store,

Google Play).

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform-specific guidelines.

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for mobile apps.

- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to take complete ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

- Open to learning and exploring new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
